Follow these detailed instructions to set up and configure the '''Delay''' step in your messaging flows:

# Click on '''WhatsApp''' in the left-hand menu.
# Select '''Messaging Flows''', and either edit an existing flow or create a new one.
   * If you choose to edit, locate and click on the desired flow, then select '''Update''', and go to '''Steps'''.
   * In the Flow builder, click the node (+) where you want to insert the action. A modal window will appear.

Once you’ve added the step:

1. In the '''Delay''' modal that appears, click the pencil icon to rename your step. It’s advisable to use unique and descriptive short names for clarity.
2. Specify the duration for the contact to wait by selecting from options including seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
3. Optionally, use the toggle for the '''Only continue within a specific schedule''' option if you wish to restrict when this delay is active.
