Editing Bulk edit Accounts (section)

== Step-by-Step Instructions ==
Follow these detailed steps to successfully bulk edit Accounts in ActiveCampaign:

1. **Access Accounts**: Navigate to '''Contacts''' and then click on '''Accounts'''.
  
2. **Locate Accounts**: Use one or more of the following methods to find the Accounts you want to edit:  
   - Utilize the '''Account Owner''' dropdown to filter Accounts by owner.
   - Enter the account name in the search bar to locate specific Accounts.

3. **Select Accounts**: Check the box next to each Account you wish to update. To select all Accounts displayed on a page, click the checkbox next to '''Account Name'''.

4. **Edit Accounts**: Once you have selected the Accounts:
   - An '''Edit''' button will appear. Click this button.
   - In the bulk edit Account modal, select or search for the field you want to edit.

5. **Update Fields**: After selecting an Account field:
   - Additional fields will become available based on your selection. Fill in the new values for each field accordingly.

6. **Edit Multiple Fields**: For editing multiple fields:
   - Click '''Add Another Action''' to include more fields you wish to modify.
   - Please remember that a separate action is required for each field you wish to edit.

7. **Delete Actions**: If you need to remove any actions:
   - Click the trash can icon next to the action you wish to delete.

8. **Apply Changes**: Once you have made all necessary updates:
   - Click the '''Apply''' button.
  
9. **Confirm Changes**: After applying, a confirmation message will summarize the bulk edit updates. Click the '''Apply changes''' button to finalize your edits.
   - A notification will appear to confirm that your changes are processing, allowing you to navigate away from the page safely.
