== Step-by-Step Instructions ==
Follow these steps to enable and use the '''Best Day and Time''' feature in ActiveCampaign:

1. Click '''Campaigns''' on the left menu to access the Campaigns Overview.
2. In the Campaigns Overview, click the '''Calendar''' tab. This tab presents a calendar view of your campaign scheduling.
3. In the upper right corner of the calendar, click the '''Show best send day''' toggle to turn it on.
4. Click the gear icon located within the calendar view.
5. On this settings panel, toggle on the following options as needed:
   - '''Based on my account data''': This option will highlight the best send times using your own account's campaign data.
   - '''Based on industries like mine''': This feature is available for Professional and Enterprise plans. When enabled, it uses aggregated data from customer accounts within the same industry to identify the best send times. 

It is important to note that if the best send day and time feature appears grayed out on your account, it typically indicates that sufficient campaign data has not yet been collected to generate these recommendations.
