== Configuration options and settings == The Automation Overview report includes numerous configuration options and relevant metrics. Here are the key features you will find: * **Automation Name**: Displays the name of the automation. * **Direct Links**: Links to edit the automation and view the automation map. * **Total Contacts in Automation**: The count of unique contacts who entered the automation. * **Finished**: The number of unique contacts who completed the automation, encompassing those who ended it via the admin action or who naturally progressed to completion. * **Contacts Completion Rate**: A calculation of the completion divided by the number of contacts that entered the automation. * **Emails Sent**: Counts how many contacts received emails from the automation. * **Emails Sent Rate**: Proportion of contacts who were sent an email to those who entered the automation. * **Opens and Clicks**: Metrics displaying how many contacts opened the emails and clicked on links within them, paired with their respective rates. * **Revenue**: Total e-commerce revenue attributed to the automation emails, differentiating for Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms in terms of discount treatment. * **Time-Series Chart**: This visual representation shows daily counts of sends, opens, and clicks over a chosen timeframe. * **Automation Campaign Metrics Table**: Details performance metrics for every campaign included in the automation. * **Automation SMS Metrics Table**: Displays metrics for SMS messages if a "Send SMS" action was included in the automation.
