Editing Attach files to a Contact record (section)

=== Step-by-Step Instructions ===

1. **Creating a Contact**:
   - Start by creating a Contact if you haven't done so already. Once the Contact is created, you can proceed to attach files.

2. **Accessing the File Attachment**:
   - There are two primary ways to attach files:
     - Click on the '''Action''' button dropdown located at the top right of the Contact record, and select '''Add a file''' to choose files from your computer.
     - Alternatively, click on the '''Files''' tab at the bottom left of the Contact record.

3. **Uploading Files**:
   - From the '''Files''' tab, you can upload files using one of the following methods:
     - **Drag and Drop**: Simply drag files from your computer into the designated area.
     - **Use the Add a File Button**: Click the '''Add a file''' button to browse and select files from your computer.

4. **Upload Completion Notification**:
   - As you upload your files, a notification will appear to confirm that the upload is complete. Keep this page open to continue the upload process without interruption.

5. **Viewing Uploaded Files**:
   - Uploaded files will be displayed under the '''Files''' tab with the following information:
     - File Name
     - Date Added
     - File Size
     - Updated By

6. **File Management Options**:
   - To manage the uploaded files, look for the three dots beside each file. Clicking on these dots will allow you to download, rename, or delete the file.
