==== Step 1: Create an Agency Sandbox Account ====
A sandbox account serves as a template for new client accounts. Follow these instructions to create one:
1. Click the '''Add New''' button under the '''Resold''' tab.
2. Fill out the fields on the '''Add New Account''' page.
3. In the '''Plan''' section, choose '''Em''' from the '''Product''' dropdown, then select '''Sandbox''' from the '''Tier''' dropdown.
4. Click the '''Add Sandbox''' button.

The sandbox account will take a few moments to prepare. Once ready, the system will show your sandbox account's **Login URL**, **Username**, and **Password**. Click the '''Login''' button to access the sandbox and begin configuring properties like '''automations''', '''templates''', '''campaigns''', and more.

==== Step 2: Create a Snapshot of a Sandbox Account ====
1. In the '''Resold''' tab, select '''Account Snapshots'''.
2. In the '''Create an Account Snapshot''' box, select the sandbox account you want to snapshot from the dropdown menu.
3. Assign a name to the snapshot for identification later.
4. Press the '''Create a snapshot''' button.
5. A confirmation message will appear. Click '''Ok''' to finalize the snapshot creation.

The snapshot will be created and listed under '''My Snapshots'''. You'll receive an **Account Snapshot ID** which can be referenced via the ActiveCampaign API to create new accounts.

==== How to Create a New Client Account from a Snapshot ====
You can create a new client account directly from the snapshot page:
1. In the '''Resold''' tab, click '''Account Snapshots''' and find the desired snapshot.
2. Click '''Create Account'''.
3. You'll be directed to the '''Add New Account''' page, where the selected snapshot will already be noted.
4. Complete the necessary fields and click the '''Add & Pay Now''' button.

Alternatively, you can create an account through the '''Your Accounts''' list page:
1. Click the '''Add New Account''' button.
2. Select the suitable snapshot under '''Account Snapshot'''.
3. Fill in the remaining fields and click '''Add Paid Account'''.

After processing, the new account will be ready, mirroring the snapshot's configurations.
