=== Creating a Mobile Form ===
1. After logging in, tap the '''+''' button located in the top right corner of your screen.
2. In the pop-up window, enter a name for your form and select a form submit action. The available actions are:

   Choose the action by tapping the dropdown icon and selecting your desired option, then tap '''Continue'''.

4. Choose the list to which you want to add contacts by tapping it.
5. After selecting the list, tap '''Add''' in the top right of the pop-up window, allowing you to add additional form submit actions after selecting a theme.
6. Now select a theme by tapping on your desired option.

You can customize your form further by adding various elements:

  2. Select the item you wish to include on your form.
  
- **Modifying Fields:**
  Tap a field to access its styling options, where you can adjust background, border, shadow, corners, and padding. Tap '''Done''' when finished.

  Tap on any text block to change the font, text color, shadow effects, font size, and line height. Again, tap '''Done''' to finalize modifications.

- **Modifying Images:**

- **Rearranging Blocks:**
  Touch and drag any field or block to rearrange its position on the form.
