Editing ACHQ Email template sync (section)

Follow these steps to use the ACHQ - Email Template Sync feature:

# **Navigate to the "Sync Manager"** 
  - Click the **Sync Manager** tab in your ACHQ account.

# **Sync a Template from Main HQ to ACHQ**
  - Locate the template you wish to sync from the main HQ account.
  - Click the **Sync toggle** to set it to the **On** position.

# **Manage Account Sync Options**
  - A **Manage accounts** drawer will open. Choose from the following sync options:
    * **Sync to all accounts**: This option will sync the template to all subaccounts.
    * **Automatically sync based on label**: Labels can be created in ACHQ and applied to your subaccounts. If you select this option, a field will appear for you to select the respective label(s).
    * **Manually select specific accounts**: By choosing this option, you can select each individual account to receive the template.
    
# **Finalize Sync Settings**
  - Click the **Save** button to apply your sync settings. The drawer will close, and the sync will commence immediately for the selected subaccounts.

Once a template is synced, any updates will sync hourly or daily depending on your selection in the **Sync every** dropdown.
