To sync a one-off email into ActiveCampaign, follow these detailed steps:

# Open your Outlook inbox and locate the sent folder.
# Choose an email from your sent items that you want to sync into ActiveCampaign.
# Open the Outlook Add-in by clicking the '''ActiveCampaign''' icon in your email.
   * If you have difficulty finding the add-in icon, you can also access it via the overflow menu.
# Once the Outlook Add-in has fully loaded, click the '''Save email to ActiveCampaign''' button located at the bottom of the Contact card.
   * Please note that if you have already synced this email, the '''Save email to ActiveCampaign''' button will be grayed out, indicating it cannot be synched again.
# After successful syncing, the email data will automatically populate the Contact’s activity feed.
   * You can view this information directly within the Outlook Add-in under the Activity Feed view.
   * Additionally, in ActiveCampaign, this email data is accessible from the Contact's record in both the email tab and the recent activity feed.
