== Step-by-Step Instructions == Follow these detailed steps to set up the integration between ActiveCampaign and Nimble CRM: === Adding the "Create and update contacts in Nimble" Action === 1. Navigate to your automation in ActiveCampaign. 2. Click on '''CX Apps''' in the right menu. 3. Locate the '''Create and update contacts in Nimble''' action and drag it into your automation flow. 4. A dialog box will appear; click the '''Connect''' button. 5. Enter your Nimble account's username and password on the next screen, and follow the prompts to complete the setup. 6. After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to ActiveCampaign, where the dialog box will indicate that the account is connected with an '''Account Connected!''' message. Click the '''Continue''' button. 7. In this step, select the desired '''Field Groups''' from Nimble. You may choose multiple groups; contacts passing through this automation action will be assigned to these selected groups. 8. To select the group(s), click the '''Field Groups''' dropdown, choose the group name(s), and then click the '''Continue''' button. 9. The next step involves mapping contact fields from your ActiveCampaign account to those in Nimble. It is mandatory to map the first name field in Nimble. 10.
