Follow these steps to use a saved response in a 1:1 email:

# Go to the '''Contact''', '''Deal''', or '''Account''' record from which you want to send a 1:1 email.
# Click the '''Send an email''' button or use the '''Action''' dropdown arrow located at the top right of your record.
# The message composer will open. Click the '''Saved Responses''' icon to view your saved responses.
# Select the desired '''Saved Response''' you wish to use in your email. 
# Click the '''Send''' button to dispatch the email to your contact.

When using saved responses, it is important to be aware of the personalization tags included in your message. If personalization tags appear blue, they will automatically populate with values from the contact's record or associated data. However, if any personalization tags are highlighted in red, it signifies that the contact does not have a value for that particular field. In this case, you must add a value for the field before successfully sending the message.
