== Steps to Create an SMS Marketing List ==
1. **Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.**
2. **Navigate to the "Lists" section.**
   * Click on the "Lists" tab in the main navigation menu.
3. **Create a new list.**
   * Click on the "Add a List" button.
   * Fill in the required fields, such as the list name and a brief description.
4. **Configure SMS settings.**
   * Ensure that the list is set up to allow SMS communication. You may need to adjust settings to enable SMS marketing.
5. **Add contacts to your list.**
   * You can import contacts from a CSV file, add them manually, or use forms to collect new subscribers.
6. **Verify opt-in status.**
   * Ensure that all contacts have opted in to receive SMS messages in compliance with regulations.
