=== Reset Your Forgotten Password ===

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

# Go to your ActiveCampaign account login page. The URL structure will typically look like: '''myaccount.activehosted.com/admin/'''. 
# Click the '''Forgot?''' text located in the password field.
# Type your login email address and click the '''Submit''' button.
# A confirmation message will appear on your screen. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "ActiveCampaign password reset instructions" and open it.
# Click the '''Update Password Now''' button in the email, which will redirect you to your Account Login page.
# Enter your new password in the designated field, then click the '''Submit''' button.

Ensure that you are using the correct email address in Step 3; the login email may differ from the email where you receive notifications from ActiveCampaign.

Your new password must comply with the following requirements:
* It must contain a minimum of 8 characters.
* It cannot be a password found on the list of the 10,000 most commonly used passwords, as identified by the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP).

Upon submitting your new password, you will be automatically logged back into your account.

To change your password while logged in, follow these steps:

If you are an Account Admin, you can reset passwords for other users as follows:

# Locate the user account and click the '''Edit''' button.

# Enter your password in the first field, then type the new password for the user in the second password field.
