1. Open any email in your Outlook account (this can be in your Sent folder, Inbox, Drafts, or Compose view).
2. In the top right corner of the email, locate and click on '''More Actions'''.
3. A window will pop up; select '''Get Add-Ins'''.
4. Use the search bar to look for '''ActiveCampaign''' and click the install button when it appears in your search results.

For convenient access, you can pin the ActiveCampaign icon to the email header:
1. Click on the settings gear in the top right corner of your Outlook page.
2. Select '''View All Outlook Settings''' at the bottom of the popover.
3. In the new window, choose '''Customize Actions''' on the left.
4. Scroll to the '''Message Surface''' section, locate the ActiveCampaign icon, select it, and hit save.
5. Exit the window to access the ActiveCampaign icon in the header of any email view.
