== Step-by-Step Instructions == === View and Update High-Level Contact Information === 1. Once the Chrome extension is open, the top of the panel will show the contact's name, phone number, and account name (for Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans). 2. To modify the contact's information, click on the field you wish to update. You can type or select the new information. 3. Click outside the field to save your changes. === View, Add, and Remove Tags === 1. Locate the **Tags** section within the side panel. 2. To add an existing tag, begin typing the tag name in the search bar. The extension will suggest available tags from your account. 3. To create a new tag, type the desired tag name and click the **Create** button. 4. To remove a tag, simply click the **X** next to that tag. === View and Update Custom Fields === 1. Navigate to the **Fields** section in the side panel. 2. To update a custom field value, click on the field, and either type or select the new value. 3. Click outside of the field to save the update. 4. Use the toggle button in the **Display Empty Fields** card to show or hide empty fields. === View Lists and Automations === *To View Lists:* 1. The side panel shows which lists the contact is associated with, including their status (Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Bounced, or Unconfirmed). 2. You can subscribe a contact to new lists; however, unsubscribing is not available through the extension. *To View Automations:* 1. The panel displays all automations the contact has entered. This includes both current and completed automations. 2. To manually add a contact to an automation, type the automation’s name in the search bar and select it from the dropdown. === View the Contact's Activity Feed === 1. Click the **Activities** view to see the contact's activity feed — identical to what you will find on their profile page in the ActiveCampaign web application. 2. The feed shows recent activities in chronological order, including: * List subscriptions or unsubscriptions * Automation entries and completions * Campaigns sent and opened * Campaign link clicks * Site tracking and event tracking data * Emails sent and received * Notes, tasks, and deals created/updated === Add the Contact to Your Ignore List === If you wish to stop tracking a specific contact or their email data: 1. Open an email sent between you and the contact. 2. Click the overflow menu in the contact card. 3. Select **Add to ignore list**. To remove them, repeat the process and select **Remove from ignore list**. You can also manage the ignore list through the extension settings in the browser bar.
