== Step-by-Step Instructions == After accessing the '''Individual Campaign Performance Report''', the top section will display relevant information such as: - **From:** The name of the sender for the campaign. Hovering over this will reveal the **From Email**. - **Subject:** The subject line of the campaign you sent. - **Date:** The date and time the campaign was dispatched. - **Lists:** The list(s) to which the campaign was sent. You can hover over this field to view all associated lists. For segment conditions used for the campaign, you currently need to access this information under the '''Campaigns''' menu by selecting the specific campaign name. === Individual Campaign Performance Metrics === The report will feature key metrics that help you assess the campaign's performance. Each of these metrics can be clicked on for deeper insights: - **Emails sent:** Total number of emails sent within the selected filters. - **Open rate:** The ratio of unique opens divided by the total emails sent. - **Click rate:** Unique number of contacts who clicked any link, divided by total emails sent. - **Click-to-open rate:** The number of unique contacts who clicked on any link divided by the unique opens. - **Bounces:** The number of contacts whose emails bounced (both hard and soft bounces included). - **Unsubscribes:** Total number of contacts who unsubscribed from the campaign. - **Revenue:** The total eCommerce revenue generated, which requires a connection with a '''Deep Data integration'''. Moreover, you can utilize the '''Compare to''' feature to evaluate your metrics against: - The account's average over the last 30 days. - The average metrics of the same campaign type. === Engagement Chart === The Engagement chart visually depicts the clicks and opens associated with your campaign. Depending on your campaign type, you can view insights for: - Non-recurring campaigns: Last seven days post-send. - Automated campaigns: Engagement from the last seven days before the most recent send. Hovering over the data points showcases clicks and opens associated with specific dates. === Clicked Links === This section outlines the links included in your campaign alongside unique and total click data for each link. Access more detailed information by clicking the '''Clicks report''' hyperlink. === Deliverability === The Deliverability chart indicates whether your campaign was successfully delivered or if there were any bounces encountered. Each metric can be clicked for in-depth analysis. You can learn more about handling bounces and understand bounce codes through the relevant documentation. === Reactions === Visualize contact reactions, such as unsubscribes, spam complaints, forwards, and replies, in the Reactions chart. Users can drill deeper into these metrics and also find data on unsubscribe reasons. === Geography === The Geography chart details which countries opened your email, showing open rates per country, and breaking down the top five countries, regions, and cities. === Email Clients === This chart breaks down which email clients your contacts used, reflecting the percentage of contacts for each client. This insight can be helpful when evaluating overall campaign interactions.
