== Step-by-step instructions ==

1. **Login to your ActiveCampaign account**.
2. Navigate to the '''Automations''' section by clicking on the sidebar menu.
3. Click on the '''Create a New Automation''' button.
4. Within the automation options, search for and select the **Engagement Tagging** recipe.
5. Follow the prompts to set up this two-part automation, which will tag your contacts as Engaged, Disengaged, or Inactive based on their activity.
6. Configure the automation according to your preferred parameters, such as how many days of inactivity will categorize a contact as disengaged.
7. Activate the automation to begin tagging your contacts.

By completing these steps, ActiveCampaign will start tracking the engagement levels of your contacts moving forward.
