== Step-by-step Instructions == === Update Fields === The "General Details" section contains both standard and custom fields that relate to the contact. This section includes information such as the contact's name, email address, phone number, account, job title, and any custom fields that you have created. Follow these steps to update a contact's fields: 1. Hover your mouse over the field you want to edit. 2. Click the '''edit (pencil) icon''' that appears. 3. Enter the new information into the field. 4. Repeat steps 1-3 for any additional fields you wish to update. 5. Once you are finished making updates, click the '''Save Changes''' button. **Important**: Changes will not automatically save as you make edits; you must click the '''Save Changes''' button to confirm them.
