=== Step 1: Create or integrate custom objects ===
To begin using Custom Reports, you must first create a custom object template or schema. This can be done either through the ActiveCampaign API or by accessing the '''Manage Data''' page in your ActiveCampaign account. Additionally, connecting integrations like '''Zendesk Support''' or '''Calendly''' that come with a custom object will allow you to utilize their data as well. 

*Note:* Newly created custom objects will only show up in Custom Reports after the data refresh cycle, which occurs daily around 5:30 AM CST.

=== Step 2: Accessing custom object data ===
1. Click on '''Settings''' in the main menu.
2. Navigate to '''Manage Data''' to view the custom objects you have created or connected to your account.

=== Step 3: Viewing custom objects in Custom Reports ===
1. Click on '''Reports''' in the main menu.
2. Then select '''Custom Reports'''.
3. On the left side of the Custom Reports page, you will see a list of relevant custom objects associated with your data in the '''Settings > Manage Data''' section.

=== Step 4: Exploring dimensions and measures ===
1. To see the available dimensions and measures for each custom object, click the arrow to the left of the custom object name.
2. Be mindful that the dimensions and measures available are dynamic and can change; any updates or changes need to be made under the '''Settings > Manage Data''' section.

After accessing the required dimensions and measures and building your report:
1. Save your work by selecting the option to save the report as a look or as part of a dashboard for quick access later.
