== Step-by-Step Instructions ==
To effectively create segments using the conditions mentioned, perform the following steps:

1. **Navigate to Segments**: Access the '''Segments''' section as described above.
2. **Create Segment**: Click on '''Add a new segment'''.
3. **Utilize the Floating Segment Builder**: In the builder, choose the condition from the available options.
   - To filter contacts who are '''Currently in automation''', select this condition from the dropdown.
   - To filter for contacts who '''Has not ended automation''', similarly select this condition.
