Below are detailed instructions to help you navigate the report effectively: === 1. Load the Contact Performance Report === By default, the report will load data from the last 30 days. === 2. Apply Filters === At the top of the report, you will find three filters to customize your contact data view: * **Tag:** Use this filter to segment data based on specific tags applied to your contacts. * **Lists:** This filter allows you to segment contacts based on associated lists. * **Date Range:** Enter a specific time frame for data analysis instead of the default last 30 days. === 3. Review Performance Metrics === The report displays key metrics, which include: * **Total Contacts:** The total number of contacts in your account, irrespective of their status. * **Active Contacts:** Contacts subscribed to at least one list. * **Non-Active Contacts:** This metric includes contacts that are unsubscribed from all lists, including those that are unconfirmed, unsubscribed, and bounced. * **Growth Rate:** Calculated as the number of contacts at the beginning of the selected date range divided by the number of contacts at the end of that range, expressed as a percentage. === 4. Analyze Contact Trends === In the **Contact Trends** widget, analyze your contact data based on the applied filters: * Filter the trends based on daily, weekly, or monthly data across the selected date range. === 5. Review Lists and Tags === In the **Lists and Tags** widgets, observe the Top 5 Lists or Tags in your account for the given date range, including: * The **Total Contacts**, **Active Contacts**, and **Non-Active Contacts** data. * The **Growth** value for each List or Tag, reflecting the same definitions as above. === 6.
