== Step-by-Step Instructions == ### Managing Automation Permissions from the Settings Page This section details how to grant a user group access to the automations overview page. 1. After accessing the '''Users and Groups''' page, locate and click '''Edit''' for the group you wish to manage. 2. An '''Edit Group''' modal will open. Click the '''Permissions''' tab within this modal. 3. Locate the '''Automations''' permission section and click the down caret to expand the permission options. 4. To grant access, click the '''Check all''' checkbox. 5. Finally, click the '''Save''' button to apply the changes. ### Managing Individual Automation Permissions To allow a user group access to a specific automation, follow these steps: 1. Click '''Automations''' on the left menu to access the Automations overview page. 2. Find the automation name and click on it to open the automation. 3. Click the arrow located on the top right of the automation canvas to access the automation settings. 4. In the automation settings modal, navigate to the “User groups who can access this automation” section. 5. Check the box(es) next to the user groups you want to permit access to this individual automation. 6. If any user groups are greyed out in the dropdown, you will need to update their user access under the '''Settings > Users and Groups''' section. 7.
