Editing Assign deal tasks (section)

== Step-by-step instructions ==

Follow these steps to assign deal tasks effectively:

1. Click on '''Deals''' > '''Tasks''' in the left-hand menu of your ActiveCampaign dashboard.
2. Locate the specific task you wish to assign to another user. You can use the search function if necessary to find the task quickly.
3. Once you find the task, click either the task name or the '''View''' button associated with that task. This will take you to the Deal record.

4. In the Deal record view, click on the task to open the '''Edit Task''' modal.
5. In the '''Edit Task''' modal, you will see the '''Assigned To''' dropdown menu. Click on this dropdown to choose the account user to whom you want to assign the task.
6. After selecting the appropriate user, click the '''Save Task''' button to confirm your changes.

Once the task is assigned, an email notification will be automatically sent to the user informing them that a task has been assigned to them.
