Below is a detailed guide on how to utilize the AI Actions Library, including steps for using the built-in actions and creating your own custom action.

=== Using Preconfigured AI Actions ===

1. **Click Automations** on the left menu.
2. Select an **existing automation** or **create a new one**.
3. In the automation designer, click on the **(+)** node where you want to place the action.
4. In the **Add an action** modal, click **Suggested**, then select **AI Actions Library**.
5. Choose the desired action from the following preconfigured options:
   - **Summarize**
   - **Analyze**
   - **Translate**
   - **Classify intent**
   - **Determine sentiment**

After selecting an action, you will be prompted with the specific configuration options available for that action. Follow the instructions relevant to your selected action.

=== Build Your Own Action ===

If you prefer to customize your AI action, use the **Build your own action** functionality:

1. Click on **Automations** on the left menu.
2. Select an **existing automation** or **create a new one**.
3. In the automation designer, click on the **(+)** node to add your action.
4. Click **Workflow**, and then select **AI Actions Library**.
5. Click on **Build your own action**.
6. In the modal that appears, type your AI prompt in the **What do you want to do with this contact?** section. You can utilize an example prompt provided at the bottom of the modal.
7. Click the **lightning bolt icon** to add a personalization tag, selecting the desired **Contact**, **Account**, or **Deal** field.
8. Under **Save the response to this field**, choose between:
   - '''Save to existing field'''
     - Select an existing contact field from the dropdown.
   - '''Create a new field'''
     - Input a **Field name**, choose the **Field type**, and the **Field group**.
9. (Optional) Click **Get an example response** to test your AI prompt.
10. Click **Save** when you are done configuring your action.
