== Getting Started with Segments ==

To get started with segments, follow these steps:

1. **Navigate to the Segments Section**: 
   - Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.
   - Click on the "Contacts" tab in the left sidebar.
   - Select "Segments" from the dropdown menu.

2. **Create a New Segment**: 
   - Click on the "Add New Segment" button.
   - Enter a name for your segment that clearly describes the criteria you will use.

3. **Define Your Segment Criteria**: 
   - Use the available filters to set the conditions for your segment. You can filter contacts based on various attributes such as tags, custom fields, and engagement history.
   - Combine multiple criteria using "AND" or "OR" logic to refine your segment further.

4. **Save Your Segment**: 
   - Once you have defined your criteria, click the "Save" button to create your segment.
