- **Cause:** The Brand Kit may not be set up or the user is on a plan tier with limited access.
- **Resolution:** Confirm you’ve set up a Brand Kit and are on a plan that allows access. Only the **Starter** plan includes one kit; higher plans support more.

- **Cause:** This feature is only available for **Plus**, **Pro**, and **Enterprise** users.
- **Resolution:** Upgrade your plan to access multiple kits.
