Instead of creating three separate conditions looking for each of these tags to exist, you can create one segment where the tag matches all of the above at once when selected from a checkbox list. In other words, the search would return a group of contacts where each unique contact has all of the tags: engaged and champion, and new on their contact profile. Think of this as a built-in AND statement which must include all selected criteria at once.
