== Troubleshooting ==

If you experience issues during the login verification process, consider the following steps:

* **Did not receive an email verification code?**
  * Check that the email address matches your login credentials.
  * Search your inbox for emails from **help@activecampaign.com** and check your spam or junk folders.
  * Ensure that your email provider is not filtering emails from ActiveCampaign.

* **SMS verification code expired?**
  * Click the **Resend code** option on the login page to receive a new SMS.

* **No access to your phone or email?**
   * Click **Verify Another Way** to receive the verification code via your alternative method.
   * Contact an Admin user to update your login email if you cannot access either method.
