= Mobile Apps = == Conversations Mobile App == The ActiveCampaign Conversations mobile app lets you engage with contacts through live chat and email while you’re away from your computer. This app will send push notifications when a chat or email is received in your unified inbox, allowing you to reply when it’s most convenient. With the Conversations Mobile app, you won’t miss any messages when you’re on-the-go. The ActiveCampaign Conversations mobile app is available on iOS and Android. === Important Notes === * Conversations is no longer available for purchase to new customers as of January 3, 2023. * You must purchase the Conversations add-on for your ActiveCampaign account in order to use the mobile app. * Only users with agent permissions can use the mobile app. * Users with “View Only” access will not be able to use the mobile app. === Conversations App Overview === After you download and install the app on your mobile device, you can log into your Conversations account using the same username and password that you use for your ActiveCampaign account. Once you’re logged in, a list of all "Open" conversations will load by default. To view both open and completed conversations, use the filter and select "All." When you receive an incoming chat from a website visitor, a push notification will be sent to your phone. You can then view that message by tapping the notification that appears on your mobile device. You can also choose to open the Conversations app to view the message. === Chat with Visitors from Your Mobile Device === You can engage in a live, two-way conversation with a website visitor using chat on your mobile device. The green dot in a conversation denotes that the contact is still online and can receive a chat reply. # Tap the conversation from your unified inbox or push notification. # Tap the “Chat” option. # Type your response. # Tap “Send.” === Send an Email from the Conversations App === If the visitor submitted an email address to the Email Capture Form, you can reply to their chat with an email message if they’re no longer online. You can also use this option to reply to inbound email messages sent to your unified inbox. # Tap the conversation from your unified inbox or push notification. # Tap the “Email” option. # Type your response. # Tap “Send.” === Mark a Conversation as Complete === To mark a conversation as complete, tap the conversation from the inbox to open it. Then, tap the “Complete” option on the top right. == See Also == * [https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003701100-Conversations-Mobile-App Original ActiveCampaign Article] ```
