= Ecommerce reporting = == Overview == Ecommerce reporting in ActiveCampaign allows users to track the revenue generated from their directed and automated email campaigns. This feature is available for users who have set up the ActiveCampaign Deep Data integration with platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, or other third-party integrations. By utilizing this information, users can evaluate the performance of their emails and focus on creating content that drives sales. == Ecommerce Reporting Explained == Ecommerce reporting provides insights into how much revenue a specific email campaign has generated. This data is displayed in all email campaign reports and does not include shipping or taxes from orders. === Setting Up Deep Data Integration === To track revenue generated from a campaign, users must first set up a Deep Data integration with one of the supported ecommerce platforms. == Revenue Attribution == Revenue is attributed to a campaign when a contact opens or clicks a link within the campaign and subsequently makes a purchase within seven days after the campaign's end date. This timeframe is referred to as the conversion period and cannot be adjusted. === Example of Revenue Attribution === For instance, if a contact opens your campaign and makes a purchase in your connected ecommerce store four days later, the revenue will be recorded for that campaign and reflected in your campaign reports. === Important Notes on Revenue Attribution === * Purchases must be made by contacts who received the campaign. * Purchases must occur in a connected ecommerce store via BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, or a third-party Deep Data integration. * Revenue is only tracked if a contact opens or clicks the campaign; it is not tracked if a contact receives the campaign without engaging. * The 7-day conversion period begins when the campaign is sent to a list of contacts. * Revenue is attributed to the most recent campaign that a contact opened or clicked within the conversion period. == Ecommerce Revenue Reports == ActiveCampaign provides several reports that display ecommerce revenue data: === Campaign Performance Report === The Campaign Performance report aggregates data from all campaigns sent from your account. After connecting a Deep Data integration, a new "Revenue" column will appear, showing the total ecommerce revenue generated by each campaign. If revenue is generated in multiple currencies, a currency drop-down will be available at the top of the report. *To access this report:* # Click "Reports" in the left-side menu. # Select the "Campaigns Performance" option. === Campaign Overview Report === The Campaign Overview report presents statistics on every campaign sent. After setting up a Deep Data integration, a new "Revenue" column will be added, displaying the ecommerce revenue generated by each campaign. Similar to the Campaign Performance report, a currency drop-down will be available if revenue is generated in multiple currencies. *To access this report:* # Click "Reports" in the left-side menu. # The Campaign Overview report will automatically display. === Individual Campaign Reports === Individual campaign reports provide statistics for a specific campaign. After integrating Deep Data, a new row labeled "Revenue" will appear in the Summary box, indicating the total ecommerce revenue generated. If revenue is generated in multiple currencies, a row for each currency will be displayed at the bottom of the Summary box. *To access this report:* # Click "Reports" in the left-side menu. # Select the campaign you wish to view from the Campaign Overview report. === Automation Overview Report === The Automation Overview report offers overall automation and performance statistics for individual automation campaigns. Once a Deep Data integration is set up, a new "Revenue" column will show the ecommerce revenue generated by that campaign. The total revenue from all emails in the automation will also be displayed in the Summary box. *To access this report:* # Click "Reports" on the left menu. # Select "Automation Reports." # Click "All Automations." # Choose the automation for which you wish to view the report. === Individual Automated Campaign Reports === The individual automated campaign report shows statistics for a specific email in your automation, displaying the same information as the individual campaign report. A new row labeled "Revenue" will appear in the Summary box, indicating the total ecommerce revenue generated by that campaign. *To access this report:* # Click "Reports" on the left menu. # Select "Automation Reports." # Click "All Automations." # Choose the automation for which you wish to view an individual email report. # Click the automated campaign you want to view. == See Also == [https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001658860-Ecommerce-reporting-in-ActiveCampaign Ecommerce reporting in ActiveCampaign] ```
