= Button Block = == Add a Button block to your ActiveCampaign page == *Last updated March 17, 2025 at 6:02 PM* With ActiveCampaign Pages, you can create call-to-action buttons on your landing page using the "Button" block. == About the "Button" block == The "Button" block allows you to create call-to-actions for your page visitors. For example, when they click the button on your page, you can have them download a file, send you an email, and more. If you're using this button to have visitors download a file or print an image, note that the following file types are supported: * jpg * png * pdf In addition, the maximum file size is 5 MB. Like other blocks in the page builder, the "Button" block is available in the right pane. Once this block is added to your layout, you can adjust its size and add styling to it. You can also add, edit, duplicate, and delete a "Button" block. There is no limit to the number of buttons that you can add to your page or page template. == Add the "Button" block to your page == To insert a button into your page layout: # From the page editor, drag the "Button" block to your layout. # To edit what the button says, double-click the block in your layout and type the new text. # To edit the button style and set a button action, click the block in your layout. The right pane will load all style and action options for your button. == Edit and style the "Button" block == The "Button" block comes with the following edit and style options: === Visibility === Choose if the button should be visible on Mobile, Desktop, or both. === Button Width === The button width is set to "Auto." You can adjust the width to your style preferences. Note that you can adjust the button width using % or pixel (px). === Button Styles === Choose the color, size, and shape of your button. Button sizes available are: small, medium, or large. Button shapes available are: square, rounded, or pill. === Button Theme === Click the dropdown to choose the button theme. You can choose from: flat, blocky, bubbly, or outlined. === On Click === Click the dropdown to choose an action for when the button is clicked. You can choose from the following actions: Default (nothing happens when clicked), open link, jump to section, download file, print image, call phone, send email, custom code. After selecting an "On Click" action, more configurations become available. You also have the option to turn page metrics on or off for this button block within the โOn Clickโ section. To do so, click the block you wish to duplicate on your page, then click the duplicate icon in the top right bar. == Delete a "Button" block == You can delete any block from a page.
