== Ambassador Program official rules and guidelines == The ActiveCampaign Ambassador program rewards you for recommending our services to friends and colleagues. It's our way of saying Thank You! === How the Ambassador program works === When you create a new, paid account, you will have access to your unique Ambassador Program referral link. All you need to do is share this link on your website, email communications, social media posts, videos, or text messages. If someone uses that link to become a paid customer of ActiveCampaign, you'll receive a reward, such as an Amazon gift card. === How the rewards system works === Your reward is based on the plan tier that your referral purchases: * If they purchase a Starter plan, you'll receive $25 USD. * If they purchase a Plus plan, you'll receive $50 USD. * A Professional plan will pay out $75 USD. * An Enterprise plan will pay out $100 USD. Rewards will be paid out at the end of each month, following a 60-day review period. The 60-day review period starts as soon as an individual clicks your link and becomes an active, paid customer of ActiveCampaign. This is to ensure that the individual is actively using our software to send communications and create automated workflows, and does not cancel their account prior to your reward being dispersed. There is no limit to the number of individuals that you can refer; they just need to be a paid, active customer of our software. As an extra bonus for them using your link, your referral will also receive a $10 credit to ActiveCampaign. === How to access your Ambassador program referral link === The Ambassador Program referral link is associated with the email address you used to create your account. This means that if you're managing more than one ActiveCampaign account with the same email address, the referral link and stats will be the same for each of those accounts. To access your referral link: # Click your profile > Refer Friends. # The Referral window will open. Here you can copy your unique link to share with your colleagues and friends. You can also share this link via Facebook, Twitter, or Email. In addition, we'll display the following statistics: * '''Clicks''': Shows how many people clicked your referral link. * '''Referred Trials''': Shows how many people clicked your link and created a trial account. * '''Paid Signups''': Shows number of referred trials that became paid accounts. * '''Commission paid''': Shows rewards that have been paid out. These statistics will update every four hours. The referral link will not be available on any accounts managed by ActiveCampaign service providers. In addition, this link will not be available to individuals participating in the Affiliate program. === How the Ambassador program differs from the Affiliate program === The Ambassador program is our way of saying thank you in the form of a gift card for recommending our services to your friends and colleagues. The Affiliate program allows you to earn recurring commission by driving high volumes of clients to ActiveCampaign. Commission is paid for each referred account; the more customers an affiliate refers, and the longer they stick around, the more commission they can earn. Our Ambassador program is still in the early stages and is continuing to grow. We appreciate your patience as we work out any kinks.
